On a beautiful, sunny day at Callanwolde Fine Arts Center in Atlanta, Cristina and Max said “I do” in a celebration that felt straight out of a dream. Cristina had a clear vision for her wedding, timeless elegance with Southern charm, and every detail was a reflection of that. With a soft palette of all white and light blue, delicate bows, and an abundance of white roses, her vision came to life in the most stunning way. The day began with heartfelt first looks, first with her bridesmaids, then with her father, and finally with Max. Their first look was incredibly sweet, filled with emotion and glowing joy. But one of my favorite moments was when they exchanged letters. The words they wrote to one another were so raw and genuine, and they became the heart of their story-driven wedding film.
The ceremony, held in the gardens, was intimate and emotional, Cristina’s uncle officiated, and a powerful moment of prayer was shared as both mothers prayed over the couple to the song “Goodness of God,” which also happens to be the song I walked down the aisle to. Cue the tears! Cristina’s bridesmaids wore the dreamiest light blue dresses, while the groomsmen looked sharp in black tuxedos, and looked so nice against the greenery and flowers behind them.
Cocktail hour took place on the venue’s charming patio, filled with intentional, personal touches from Cristina. The reception was equal parts beautiful and lively, an incredible band, glowing white florals, touching toasts, and a dance floor that stayed packed all night long.
It was a day full of love, joy, and timeless beauty, and it was an honor to capture it all alongside a dream wedding team!
